MAY 7TH RAW

The Hardy Boyz v. The World’s Greatest Tag Team

Cade & Murdoch are on commentary and really, who cares about the match when they’re talking about ‘competition’.

“Matt Hardy with his back turned looks like your Ex Girlfriend.”

“No. Matt hardy has nicer hands.”

Shelton put on a few really nice wrestling holds. Hardy fought back, blah blah,. Cade and Murdoch are talking more.

“People don’t think we’re serious about the way we FEEL.”

“He’s got a lot of love to give.”

Hardy came in and hit a bunch of spotty moves before dropping legs on nards.

“We’re just glad we got to see the Hardy’s do some magic.”

Hardy hit a twist of fate but Haas cut him off. Matt tagged in and hit a back suplex before Jeff hit the swanton.

“We really respect and love these boys.”

“Yeah, it’s creepy but we’re sincere.”

Winners: Matt & Jeff Hardy

After the match, Cade & Murdoch climbed in the ring and shook the Hardy’s hands. Murdoch even did the Jeff Hardy dance.

MAY 14TH RAW

Jeff Hardy (w/ Matt Hardy) v. Trevor Murdoch (w/ Lance Cade)

The two circled it up and locked horns. Murdoch backed Hardy into the corner and broke cleanly. The two locked up again and Hardy grabbed a side headlock take down. The two exchanged arm drags before both missed some punches and we’ve got a little stare down. Hardy started clapping up the crowd and grabbed another headlock. Murdoch flung hardy into the ropes and hit a back elbow and went for a quick cover.

Murdoch tried to follow up the offense but ended up getting back body dropped to the floor and Hardy came sailing over the top rope with a plancha. Hardy hit his mule kick before hitting his ten punches of fun in the corner. Jeff attempted a sling shot drop kick but Murdoch ducked out of the way and Hardy crashed into the buckles. Mudoch went for another pin attempt but that was that.

Murdoch grabbed a chin lock before Hardy rose to his feet and hit a nasty jaw breaker. Hardy hit some elbows before hitting whisper in the wind. Hardy went for a cover but only got a two count. Hardy scaled the ropes but Murdoch caught him and the two exchanged blows on the second rope. Hardy knocked Murdoch off the ropes and went for the swanton but Trevor got his knees up.

Murdoch got a great near fall before loading Jeff up for a big move. Jeff clipped his legs though and rolled him up with an inside cradle for the victory.

Winner: Jeff Hardy via pin fall

After the match Murdoch was beside himself, but offered up his hand in good sportsmanship to Hardy. Jeff, baffled, took the hand up and shook Murdoch’s hand. Cade and Murdoch left up the ramp while the Hardy’s celebrated in the ring.

MAY 21ST RAW

The Hardy Boyz v. Kenny Dykstra & Johnny Nitro

Nitro distracted Matt just long enough for Kenny to take the initiative and mug half of the tag champs. Kenny slapped on a sling shot and Nitro decked Matt back before shooting over the top rope and hitting an elbow drop, a pretty nifty double team. Nitro slapped on a front face lock which Matt fought out of. The two exchanged some moves before Matt hit a clothesline and tagged in brother Jeff.

Jeff moved fast and decked both Nitro and Kenny before planting Nitro with a double drop kick to his face and going for a cover. Jeff looked for the Swanton bomb, but Kenny distracted him long enough to enable Nitro to get up on the top rope. Jeff pushed him off and came sailing over his head and hit a roll up for a three count.

Winners: The Hardy Boyz via pin fall

After the match, The World’s Greatest Tag Team, who had been ‘scouting’ ringside, came running into the ring and the heels began a beat down on the Hardy’s. Cade & Murdoch came running down to the ring to make the save.
